The Mind & Body Boot Camp is run by fully qualified personal trainers. Our
unique lifestyle program aims to motivate, support and enthuse individuals
who want a total approach to body toning, fitness, and/or fat loss. Our friendly
coaching revitalises and re-energises clients, giving them a balanced and
healthy lifestyle.
This four week program includes:

booklet to guide and motivate you through your 4 week Mind & Body
Challenge.

• exercise facts
Your registered focuss fitness trainers will take you through the above to help
you achieve your health & fitness goals.
