Mind & Body Bootcamp

The Mind & Body Boot Camp is run by fully qualified  personal  trainers.  Our unique lifestyle program aims to  motivate, support  and enthuse individuals who want a total approach to body toning, fitness, and/or fat loss. Our friendly coaching  revitalises and  re-energises  clients, giving  them a  balanced  and healthy lifestyle.

This four week program includes:

  • eight 1 hour sessions.
  • eating & exercise plan.
  • free weekly weigh-in and body fat percentage analysis.

Finding the balance

As part of the 4 Week & Body Challenge you will receive a complete starter kit booklet to guide and motivate you through your 4 week  Mind  &  Body Challenge.

This booklet consists of:

  • a fitness program
  • easy eating plan with recipe ideas
  • motivational tips
  • food facts
  • exercise facts
