Female Doctor 44 "I have had the privilege to have Rocco Sorace as my Personal Trainer for the last year, and it has had a major impact on my training habits and lifestyle to be more healthier. Even though being a doctor with knowledge of the importance of regular training and healthy eating habits, it is hard to put that knowledge into practice in the everyday life pace and stressful work environment. He is a very competent trainer with integrity able to convey his skills and argue his views based on facts and not beliefs only. I'm 20 year old guy who has always found it hard to gain lean Muscle . I have been working out at the gym for 2 years but still found it hard build up bulk and muscle.
